Bookings and payment
All rentals are priced per boat unless stated otherwise. Full payment is due at booking.
Cancellations
Cancel at least 24 hours before your start time for a full refund. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. If we cancel due to weather or safety, you will receive a full refund or a new date.
Safety
All guests must sign a waiver before boarding. Children must wear life jackets at all times. Follow staff instructions and stay within the marked rental area.
Alcohol and conduct
Alcohol is not permitted on self-drive rentals. Guests who appear impaired will not be allowed to board, without refund.
Pets
Dogs are welcome. Owners are responsible for their pets and any damage they cause.
Damage
Renters are responsible for damage caused by misuse of the boat or equipment.
